Vivian is a clever and committed SkyAngel, also certified by Air Care FACTS as an EC (Evacuation Crew Member). She has ten years of customer service experience working as a Hotel and Hospital Multilingual Receptionist, Commercial Flight Attendant and now Corporate Flight Attendant.

Due to her passion for hospitality and cultures, she has been spending the last twelve years in the study of languages to better serve her guests. She has experience in Fokker 100 and Airbus ( A318, 319, 320) and she is trained for Part 135 and Part 91 operational procedures on Challenger 604, Falcon 2000, G400, G550, and G650.

With ample experience in music, art and dance, everything she does has an artistic touch. Her love for cooking and her knowledge of food restrictions and preferences with her ability to be organized create a thoughtful and unique guest experience.
