In these positions, she developed a strong attention to detail and impact awareness while also gaining valuable management skills that help her succeed in the challenging and ever-evolving details of private jet travel. Sarah is constantly expanding her skills and safety is of utmost importance to her.

Her medical and yacht background have allowed for a broader scope of training and more specialized and in-depth than most of the private jet industry. Sarah has a passion for food and has taken many courses including Molecular Gastronomy, Modern Sauces, Chocolate and sugar sculptures, and Modern Bon Bons.

These courses have allowed her to find success while cooking for UHNW clients in their homes and on their yachts. Sarah has also been exposed to the other side of private or corporate jet travel when traveling with her principals and clients or being the one to arrange travel for them allowing her to skillfully communicate details about the flight to her guests.

Sarah is a true joy to be around and is an excellent selection for any private jet traveler since she is skilled in understanding the unspoken needs of her guests, creating a flawless experience for everyone.
