Prior to SKYacademy, Lauren managed a high-volume Starbucks drive-thru store in Cincinnati, Ohio. This experience developed her attention to detail and impeccable customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

It is being able to anticipate and go above and beyond the client’s expectations that drive her desire to serve. Lauren’s heart and personality are lively and her compassion and excitement for life are contagious.

With a personal passion for the outdoors and traveling, she brings an electrifying spirit to each trip and is eager to provide those she travels with a unique experience. Lauren also has a Bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University and a Master’s of Science from the University of Cincinnati.
