She is never timid and will not hesitate to take control of situations to ensure the safety of her guests. Colleen can also be discrete, soft, and invisible when needed. Originally from Utah, Colleen is from a large family with a rich history of military service and strong family values. Her experiences in customer service, in addition to raising a successful family of her own, have fully prepared her for the swift and ever-changing world of private aviation.
