Throughout her professional career, she secured many different roles in restaurants including hostess and lead server. She was also very interested in becoming educated on the business side of hospitality, earning her AS in Business Administration and BA in Psychology.

After college, she worked as a recruiter, actively building strong relationships with others and developing important business skills that she takes with her in all future endeavors. Brooke’s personal passion for travel and adventure always provides an incredible energy to every guest she serves. With an eagerness to please, you can always expect a beautiful smile across her face in any situation.
